Network Outage Update

We experienced a network outage on September 10th from approximately 11:30 PM PT to 1:00 AM PT. Everything is now back online and stable. We are monitoring the situation closely and have already put a few immediate backup measures in place in case it happens again, with more improvements to follow as we complete our review. A full post-mortem will be released soon.
