# Cannot deploy contract on beta-5 using ts sdk

TS sdk version: 0.73.0

I think the [latest release](https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-ts/releases/tag/v0.75.0) includes [the fix for your problem](https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-ts/issues/1785). 🙂

Updating to the new version should do the trick.
