Don't all inputted coins should appear in outputs (besides fees)?

Take this tx as an example: Fuel Explorer.

It has 2100000 eth in inputs and only 1100000 in outputs. A big chunk of it was sent to a contract. Why wasn’t it marked in the outputs as CoinOutput to a contract?
