I am writing to express my concern and seek your understanding regarding my eligibility in the Fuel points program. I have been a committed and active member of the Fuel community for over two years, participating in five different test phases and supporting the ecosystem with enthusiasm and dedication.
At the beginning of Phase 1, I deposited nearly 1.1 ezETH to demonstrate my commitment to the program. However, in mid-October, I embarked on a 20-day trip to Europe. During my time abroad, I was completely unaware of the migration requirement from Ethereum Mainnet to the Fuel Mainnet and, therefore, missed the October 23rd deadline. It was only after returning from my trip that I learned about this crucial information.
By the time I became aware of the requirement, it was already too late to take action. While my points were not immediately cleared, I initially assumed that the potential loss of eligibility was uncertain. On December 9th, I migrated my funds from Phase 1 to Phase 2 as soon as possible. However, when I sought clarification on Discord, I was devastated to learn that I might have lost my eligibility for the airdrop.
This experience has been deeply upsetting, especially given my long-standing contributions to the Fuel ecosystem. Missing the deadline was not due to negligence but an unfortunate circumstance where I simply did not receive the necessary information in time while traveling.
To further substantiate my claim, I am willing to provide evidence of my trip, including flight tickets, visas, and any other relevant documents, if required. I hope this can demonstrate that my inability to meet the deadline was due to genuine circumstances beyond my control.
I am reaching out to respectfully request that my eligibility be reconsidered. My actions throughout the years demonstrate my genuine dedication to Fuel, and I hope that this unfortunate situation will not overshadow my contributions to the community.
