Could you share a repository of a minimum reproduction of this issue? Currently, it’s very difficult to identify the source of the problem from what you have shared.
If that is not possible, you could try identifying which call is failing (by wrapping all the transactions in try/catch for instance) and sharing this information with us, then we might be able to help further.
