Contribution to sway-by-example

Hi,

Pushing new branches to GitHub - FuelLabs/sway-by-example: Examples of Sway programs is restricted.
I’m feeling glad to provide some contributions there and add PRs to be reviewed.

Is it reserved to team members or do i need to provide Github ID for whitelisting?
