Explain Upload and Upgrade transaction types

After upgrading to fuels-rs 0.62.0, I see there are two new transaction types: UploadTransaction and UpgradeTransaction. I can only guess what they are for. Could you please either explain these types to me or point me to the documentation? Thanks
