Fuels version 0.37.1 require `configurables` in arguments

Hi guys, I’d noticed that Contract::deploy_with_parameters requires the argument configurables but there is nothing about that in the docs
Fix the docs please

How do you create the type MyContractConfigurables used in the docs? also I assume this is new in v0.37 and wasn’t in 0.36?
