I would like to propose new standards, what is the process for doing that?

Proposals should start in the forum, under the RFC category.

Once a proposal has been discussed, it can be moved to the Sway RFC repo as an active proposal GitHub - FuelLabs/sway-rfcs: RFCs for changes to Sway
