Hey everyone,
We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Fuel Mainnet on July 20, 2026 between 20:00–21:00 UTC.

What to expect

  • Block production will be briefly paused for approximately 5–10 minutes during this window while we transition to upgraded infrastructure.
  • All public endpoints (RPC, GraphQL, explorer) remain the same with no configuration changes.
  • Transactions submitted during the pause may be delayed or cancelled until block production resumes.
  • All funds are safe. No action is required from users or developers.

For node operators and infrastructure partners
As part of this maintenance, DNS (including P2P endpoints) will be switched over to the new infrastructure. Your nodes should reconnect automatically once the transition completes. If your node does not resume syncing shortly after the window ends, a restart should resolve it. Reach out to us here or on Discord if you see any issues beyond that.

Why
This is part of ongoing work to upgrade and strengthen Fuel’s mainnet infrastructure for better reliability and performance.

Fuel Mainnet maintenance is now complete.

Block production has resumed and all services are operating normally. Any transactions delayed during the maintenance window can now be retried.

Hi Fuel team,

Apologies for raising this in the maintenance thread, but since this is one of the latest active Mainnet discussions, we would appreciate some clarification from the team.

BlockPro has been supporting Fuel Mainnet for more than a year. During this time, we have operated a validator and provided public infrastructure for the community, including RPC and API endpoints, an explorer, snapshots, and node installation and maintenance guides.

We have continued covering all infrastructure and maintenance costs ourselves, but unfortunately, we have not received any delegation or other form of support. From what we can currently see, only around 10 validators appear to have active delegation.

Could the Fuel team please clarify:

• Is there currently any delegation program or opportunity for additional validators to receive delegation?
• What are the selection criteria, and is there a clear application process or timeline?
• Are there any plans to support validators that also provide public infrastructure and community resources?

We genuinely wanted to continue supporting Fuel for the long term. However, maintaining the validator and all related public services without delegation or any sustainable source of revenue is no longer financially viable for us.

Unless there is a clear path forward, we are planning to shut down our Fuel validator and the related public services in 7 days, on August 11, 2026.

This is not intended as criticism or an ultimatum. We simply need to understand whether continued participation is realistically sustainable for an independent infrastructure provider.

We would greatly appreciate a response from the team before the shutdown date.
