Fuel consensus and storage

As a Modular Execution Layer, does fuel has it’s own consensus? If does, why does it need a extra DA and settlement. If not, what is the POA consensus mentioned in doc? and How to store the final data? If I want to query some data from node, does the data is the same?

Fuel itself is just a modular execution layer. It was built to run as a rollup, but can theoretically be run in any configuration.

Fuel Ignition, our first chain, will be deployed as a rollup settling on Ethereum and using Ethereum 4844 for DA.

what is the POA consensus mentioned in doc?

PoA consensus is used to run the chain as a centralized independent chain, used for early testnets.

If I want to query some data from node, does the data is the same?

You can query any node normally

Does Fuel Ignition has consensus mechism? If it just a a execution layer. Does POA works in that?

Can I understand like this. The way of execute tx on fuel is centralized. Full node get final block from DA. Is that true?

Rollups (like Arbitrum, Optimism, etc) do not need consensus mechanisms, as they use the L1 for consensus. Fuel will be similar.
