Once I log in again with my seed phrase, all my sub accounts are gone, which mean I only have the first account with tokens.

Hi @Wesley when you recover the wallet using the seed phrase, we do not re-sync the accounts with transactions. But you can add the accounts again, and it will add the same accounts you had previously in the same order. Keep in mind also, if you see that the network version has changed, the data is also lost as we currently reset the state of the testnet chain’s on each update.
